How will my package be delivered?

How we get your goods to you will vary depending on factors such as the size of the parcel and where it needs to be shipped. Delivery prices are calculated at the point of checkout, the below map provides additional information on where we deliver to and when.

On a general point across all tiers it's worth noting that orders that contain multiple goods do have the possibility of coming from different suppliers and potentially not being delivered all at once.

 



 

Best practices for accepting deliveries

Try to keep these points in mind when you are accepting deliveries. This will ensure that your experience is as smooth as it can be and make it far easier to return the items in the unlikely case something goes wrong.

  • If you have arranged for a third party to take your delivery and sign for it on your behalf you agree to advise them to check all goods on your behalf.
  • Once the products have been delivered you have 2 working days to check and ensure that you have received everything in your order and that the products are in good condition.
